#KardBlock: Kardashian-Free Internet Is Just Not A Dream Anymore0Shares

Ok, let's admit that not everyone is interested in keeping up with the Kardashians.

A new app is about to be introduced that’s specifically designed for the folks that are tired of hearing about the daily antics of Kylie and Kendall Jenner, or the latest product being hawked by the Kardashian sisters.

21-year-old British viral marketer James Shamsi said that he created the app, which filters any mention of Kim, Kanye, Kris, Kendall, Khloe, Kourtney and Kylie from the user’s news feed, because he was tired of being bombarded by Kardashian/Jenner news.

Not only will #KardBlock cause stories about Kylie Jenner’s lips and Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Kanye West to vanish, but it will also replace any Kardashian-related links with helpful news stories.

“The concept here is to replace Kardashian links with ones to charitable causes of all kind,” Shamsi said.

“But our ultimate goal is even bigger than just that. We are looking to disrupt the entire digital advertising space. We want to replace all advertising with donation links and important news widgets.”

Shamsi claims that his #KardBlock app already has over 20,000 subscribers who are eager to banish the Kardashian Klan from their news feeds.

“We want to build a customization feature as well, one that will let you get rid of Kardashian news, Bieber news, as well as advertisements,” he said.

Kardashian haters will be delighted to hear that Shamsi’s app is free.

Shamsi has received harsh criticism—and even threatening phone calls— from Kardashian fans over his app.

However, many Internet users already seemed to love the idea of a Kardashian-free Internet.
